Return and Refund Policy
All our items are made to order: each print, photographic print or framed artwork is produced by our lab partner WhiteWall, recognized for the quality of its gallery-grade prints, using the visuals and formats available in our store.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@photocations.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, subject to receipt of the returned item.
Cancellation Before Production
You may cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us directly. After this period, production may have already begun.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order (wrong size, wrong material, production error), please contact us within 14 days of receipt with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the defect or damage (including the packaging, if relevant)
In accordance with the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), we will cover, free of charge, the replacement or full refund of your item, with no return shipping costs to you.
Refund Timeline
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, to your original payment method.
